Overall great company! Technician was great. He quote me a reasonable price and installed the part that was needed to fix my furnace the same day. If needed, I will definitely call up this company again.

I live in east Palmdale, Ca where winters reach temps as low as 9 degrees which is crazy!!!!!! I had a heater that wouldn’t turn on and a newborn that needed to stay warm. I called a company out of Lancaster, Ca and the “on-call tech” was rude and on top of that he didn’t show up. I called Patterson Heating and Air and they came out in less than half an hour. The tech Joe was so helpful and informational. He gave me a very low price and it was fixed within less than 20 minutes back up and running! I am so thankful for this company and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, not to mention the great price. I will be referring to friends and family.
